Comfortable stay, but minor issues

Had a decent night. The room was okay but had some quirks, like a broken light fitting and no soap in the dispensers. Not cool, especially since I thought it was all squared away beforehand.

I stayed in a deluxe king room and was impressed by the friendly staff who made sure everything was just right. The location really makes it easy to explore nearby spots like Indian Run Falls, which is only about a kilometer away, and the Chief Leatherlips Monument, just a quick drive from the hotel, perfect for my weekend city strolls.

Loved how clean and close it was to the zoo! Free coffee made my day—couldn't start without it! Staff were super polite and helpful, which always makes for a good stay.

However, the bathroom was a horror show—I'm not sure what kind of art is that on the walls! And let's not even talk about the privacy knock-knock like it's a game.
